Cancellation policy;

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. If this notice is not given, you will be charged 20% of your total service cost.

If you do not cancel your appointment & do not show up within 10 minutes of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

Repeat no-show/no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
